The Young Black Organizer Project (YBOP) is a 6 week social justice and civic engagement fellowship designed for Black youth and young adults (age 15–39) aspiring to change the world around them. Participants meet once per month and engage in projects throughout the program. This fellowship will empower, develop and build the skills necessary for fellows to become outstanding Young Black Organizers in Arizona.
